TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
- The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- All our prices are in USD, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Service Order or the associated Invoice.
- Todas la ventas son finales. Al aprobar una Orden, se considera perfeccionada la venta.
- The standard credit term is 30 calendar days, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Service Order or the associated Invoice. In the event that invoices are not paid when due, SCS BMS reserves the right to apply late payment interest of 10% per month on the unpaid portion. SCS BMS may suspend services at its sole discretion in the event of late payments and until payments are current.
- If the outstanding balance of an invoice exceeds in whole or in part 60 calendar days from its payment date, SCS BMS reserves the right to hire the services of a collection agency. All collection costs will be borne by the client.
- Some countries require a withholding tax to be applied to payments at the time of payment, in accordance with their legislation. Any withholding tax must be borne by the client. Under no circumstances may SCS BMS incur costs associated with the legislation of another country. Therefore, the amount of the invoices will be payable to SCS BMS in full, without incurring costs attributable to the legislation of the client's country of residence or the country of provision of services.
- Los costos de los pagos efectuados mediante transferencias internacionales, correspondientes al banco del cliente o de bancos corresponsales o intermediarios, deben ser pagados por el cliente. SCS BMS debe recibir el monto total de la factura.

SCS BMS will do its best to provide the requested services in the agreed time. However, under no circumstances will producing results be considered an obligation, given that in the provision of said services there are elements involved that are beyond the responsibility and control of SCS BMS. Under no circumstances will SCS BMS be liable for any claim made to the client by third parties or by an end customer.
- For any claim to be admissible, it must be notified in writing by email to the address customer-care@scs-bms.odoo.com within 8 days after the provision of the service.

For all purposes, commercial relations will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
