PRIVACY NOTICE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION USAGE
SCS BMS MEXICO SA DE CV, as the party responsible for the protection of Personal Information, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as “SCS”, aware of the importance of the security of its clients’ personal information, maintains the commitment to protect privacy and comply with the legislation applicable to data protection; indicating as its address for the purposes of this notice the one located at Av. Jesús del Monte 41, Floor 14, Office 1546B, Colonia Jesus del Monte, Huixquilucan, State of Mexico 52764, with contact email being dgodyla@gruposcs.com.
The terms used in this Notice will have the definition that the same Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties indicates (Law published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010).
The personal data collected by SCS is Name, Company, Telephone, Email address and the description of the reported incidents, which may contain attached files.
By providing your personal data to SCS, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts this notice, informed that the data collected by virtue of the contracted services will be used and stored for Identification and Incident History purposes, and may be shared with the companies Epicor, InSitu or Odoo as appropriate.
Your data is not shared with any other entity other than those mentioned above.
SCS BMS declares that the information provided is not considered sensitive data, according to article 3 of the LFPDPP.
The client may request SCS to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and the revocation of consent provided by law, and for this purpose must send a written request to the email address dgodyla@gruposcs.com.
It is essential that in order for SCS BMS to correctly and promptly address any request referred to in this section, it must contain the following requirements:
- Full name.
- Telephone number.
- Brief description of the request.
- Reasons that motivate the request.
The response to your request will be sent within the period permitted by law to the email address of the sender of the request.
The client acknowledges and accepts that, within the purposes of the processing of their personal data, the objective is to comply with their contractual and/or commercial obligations that they maintain and/or will maintain with SCS, so they may not cancel and/or oppose the processing of personal data that may and/or could affect and/or restrict compliance with them.
SCS expressly reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or eliminate parts of this notice at any time, changes that will be announced through its site scs-bms.odoo.com. To the extent that the client does not request it, in the terms mentioned above. The cancellation and/or opposition of your personal data and your continued access and/or use of the services, in whole or in part, will imply that you have accepted and consented to this privacy notice and its changes and/or modifications.
